How to Use
Mix 1 part Illumina Color with 1 part Welloxon Perfect. For 3 levels of lightening, use 12% developer. For tone-on-tone, grey or white coverage with equal depth or darker, use 6% developer. Leave to process for 45 minutes.
Tip: Choose your developer based on your aim: 12% for up to 3 levels of lift, or 6% for colouring at the same depth or darker and covering grey or white.
