Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE at the moment.

Delivery cost

• Free delivery on orders over AED 199.
• AED 12 on orders below AED 199.

The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next working day. Our courier may call you before delivery, so please keep your phone nearby.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is available: please have the exact amount ready in AED when your order arrives.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send you a confirmation with its status. You can also see your order at any time from the link in your order confirmation email.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will put it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
