How to Use

Remove the protective cap. Before first use, prime the pump by firmly depressing its rim several times. Hold the container with your thumb at the base and the nozzle between your first and second fingers. Without tilting your head, insert the nozzle into a nostril. Fully depress the rim with a firm, even stroke and inhale deeply. For adults and children 6 years and older (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours, and do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours. Children 2 to under 6 years: ask a doctor. Children under 2 years: do not use.

Tip: Use only as directed for no more than 3 days. Keep the container for one person only, as sharing it may spread infection.
