How to Use

Tear open the pouch when you are ready to use the wrap, as it may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Peel away the paper to reveal the adhesive side and place the wrap on the pain area with the adhesive against your skin. Refer to the do not use section for areas where it should not be applied. Attach firmly and keep the wrap flat. When applying to the wrist, take care not to overlap the heat cells. Do not fold, overlap or bunch the heat cells, as this increases the risk of burns.
