The Original McKenzie Night Roll is a round lumbar support made by OPTP, designed to help you sleep in a position that supports your spine. Worn to bed, it sits at the lower back and gently encourages healthy posture through the night, whether you sleep on your side or your back. It is a simple, practical way to look after your lower back while you rest.
