How to Use

As a supplement, mix 1 spoon into 6.5 to 10 oz of water once a day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. As a toothpaste, add a small amount of the powder to a wet, clean toothbrush and brush normally, then rinse thoroughly when finished.

Tip: If you use it as a toothpaste, keep it separate from your usual routine and rinse well afterwards so no powder is left behind.
