How to Use

For warm therapy, place the mask on a paper towel in the microwave and heat on high for 20 seconds. Test the temperature with your fingers before applying. If more heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments, never exceeding 30 seconds total. Insert the mask into the washable cover or use it directly. Place over closed eyes and secure with the adjustable strap if desired. Apply for 5-10 minutes, or as directed by your doctor, and never for more than 20 minutes at a time. For cold therapy, place the mask in a sealable plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes. Remove from the bag, insert into the cover or use directly, place over closed eyes, and wear for 5-7 minutes, or as directed by your doctor. Only the cover is machine washable. The mask itself can be hand cleaned with NOVEHA wipes or a wet cloth and mild soap, then air dried. Do not submerge the mask in water.
