Micro Ingredients Smoked Paprika Powder, 4 lb

• ✓4 lb bulk pouch, 1,814 servings
• ✓Oak wood smoked paprika from Spain
• ✓Fine ground, smoky sweet and spicy
• ✓Non-GMO, no fillers or preservatives

This is a large 4 lb pouch of finely ground smoked paprika from Micro Ingredients, naturally smoked over oak wood and sourced from Spain. One pouch holds around 1,814 servings, so it suits anyone who cooks with paprika often and would rather not restock in small jars. The powder brings a raw, smoky character with both spicy and sweet notes, along with a deep colour, to a wide range of everyday dishes.

The texture is fine and even, so it blends easily into marinades, sauces and rubs and mixes through stews and casseroles without clumping. It works for home cooks who want one versatile seasoning on hand for chicken, steak, fish, vegetables, potatoes, chutneys and more, and for anyone building a pantry around simple, additive-free ingredients.
