How to Use

For spa use, place some crystals in a bowl in a steam room, or place a few crystals in an oil warmer with a small amount of oil. You can also melt the crystals in warmed mineral oil to use as a bath oil, or allow the oil to cool and apply as a balm for sore muscles. To create a menthol infused vapor, add the crystals to an empty saucepan and pour boiling water over them, then inhale the vapor with a towel draped around your head to direct it more closely.

Tip: The crystals melt at approximately 105 to 107 F, so warm your oil gently before blending, and pair the crystals with oils such as eucalyptus, lavender or tea tree for your steam room or oil warmer.
