How to Use

Use after each breastfeeding and additionally as needed. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the ointment out of the tube and heat it between your fingers. Gently apply the ointment to the nipple and the entire areola. A little lanolin can also be added to the nursing pad. The best care is achieved when the nipple is covered with lanolin cream the entire time between breastfeeding meals.
