How to Use

For diffusion, add 3 drops to a 4-oz water diffuser, or 3-5 drops per 100ml of water in an aromatic diffuser. For pillows or sheets, use 1-2 drops. For laundry, add 3 drops per wool dryer ball. For a massage, dilute 3-5 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or grapeseed, or 10-20 drops per 30ml of carrier oil, and apply as needed. For hair, blend a few drops with shampoo, conditioner or a hair mask for scalp massage. You can also add it to candles, soaps, unscented lotion, sugar scrubs, bathtubs, sachets and other toiletries for extra aroma.

Tip: Dilute in a carrier oil for any non-aromatherapy use, and remember the combination of a variety of essential oils is better when blending.
