How to Use
Shake well, then swish 10 to 15 mL in your mouth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes. Spit into a trash can, rinse thoroughly with water, and do not swallow. Brush with the included GuruNanda Butter on Gums toothbrush and Neem toothpaste after use. Tongue scraping is recommended for a complete Ayurvedic routine.
Tip: Use it before brushing as a pre-brush rinse, and follow with the included toothbrush and a tongue scraper for a full Ayurvedic oral care routine.
