How to Use
Remove the current insoles from your shoes, then insert the Ailaka insoles. Do not place both the new insoles and your existing insoles in the shoes at the same time, as this would be too thick and wide. You will receive one pair of insoles in the height you choose.
Tip: Doctors highly recommend replacing your insoles every 3 months to promote healthy feet.
