How to Use
Shake well before use. Take once a day, preferably at bedtime, in divided dosages, or as directed by a doctor, and drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose. Do not exceed the maximum dose in a 24-hour period. Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 to 4 tablespoonsful. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 to 2 teaspoonsful or 1 to 2 tablespoonsful. Children under 6 years: ask a doctor.
Tip: Take it at bedtime for overnight relief, and drink a full glass of liquid with each dose.
