How to Use
Shake well, then place 10–15 mL in your mouth and gently swish between the teeth for at least 2 minutes, working up to 10 minutes per use. Spit into a trash can and rinse thoroughly with water. Do not swallow. Always brush your teeth after oil pulling, ideally with the included Butter on Gums toothbrush. Tongue scraping is recommended as an additional Ayurvedic practice.
