How to Use

For extended fasts of 24 to 72 hours or more, mix 1 scoop into 64fl oz of water to make a batch. Drink 16fl oz on Day 1 for low support, 16 to 32fl oz on Days 2 to 3 for moderate support, and up to 64fl oz on Day 3 and beyond for full support.
