How to Use

Start with 1 capsule a day for the first 3 days, then increase by 1 capsule every 3 days until you reach 6 capsules a day, or as directed by a healthcare provider. That means 1 capsule on days 1 to 3, 2 capsules on days 4 to 6, 3 capsules on days 7 to 9, and so on, adding one capsule each three-day step.

Tip: Take it as part of your daily routine and increase the amount gradually, following the step-up schedule, unless your healthcare provider advises otherwise.
