How to Use

To flush and irrigate nasal passages, tilt the head to the side over the sink. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press down gently on the white actuator until the mist fills the passage and excess fluid flows out. Repeat with the second nostril. To moisturize dry nasal passages, insert the nozzle into each nostril and press the actuator using 1 to 3 short, gentle bursts. Wipe the nozzle clean after each use.
