How to Use

Take 1 tablet daily. For adults only. The elderly and anyone with a condition that may affect vitamin B-12 absorption should check vitamin B-12 status often while taking this product, as high-dose folic acid may mask vitamin B-12 deficiency. Speak to a physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication (especially phenobarbital, phenytoin, primidone or methotrexate), or have a medical condition (especially one involving nutrient malabsorption).
