This IdeaFormer-3D build plate gives you two printing surfaces in one. One side is PEO, finished with a diamond pattern that leaves a distinctive look on the bottom of your prints. The other side is textured PEI, made for frosted models. Both sit on a spring steel plate sized 257x257mm and designed to fit Bambu Lab X1C, X1, X1E, P1P, P1S and A1 printers.

The spring steel construction brings flexibility and flatness to the plate. When your heated bed reaches around 60C, models hold firmly to the surface on their own, so you can skip tape and glue. Once the bed cools back to room temperature, prints lift away easily. If one is still holding on, a gentle bend of the plate frees it. It suits anyone printing everyday materials who wants a secure first layer and simple removal.

How to Use

Heat your bed to about 60C for good first-layer adhesion, with no tape or glue required. When printing finishes, let the bed cool to normal temperature and the model should come off on its own. If it is still stuck, gently bend the spring steel plate to release it. For filaments beyond the recommended lists, adjust your print parameters.

Tip: Match the surface to your filament: use the PEO side for PLA, TPU, PETG and ABS, and the textured PEI side for PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, PVA, PET, PA and PC.
