How to Use

Tear open the foil packet and take out the strips with dry hands, then peel them away from the backing film. Looking in a mirror, fit the strips with the sticky gel side against your teeth, lining them up with the edge of your gum, and press gently to mould them securely onto your teeth. The product is designed to be used for 60 minutes; leave it in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal, and for the best experience leave it on for the full 60 minutes.
